Still working on an overflowing stormwater downpipe with Drain Ninjas almost six months in. Had two visits, one to clear blockage in July (unsuccessful), another for CCTV (footage was black... Read More... and issue not diagnosed) in August. We had some communication issues towards cutting our driveway at point of blockage - after asking for further details on a quote we didn't get a response or progress on site until November when I left a Google review. Manager Alana got right onto it then and within a day driveway was cut open and diagnosed as a broken pipe. Still trying to work out a solution - initial repairs proposed to us turned out to be unsuitable when checked against a drainlayer's advice. Despite a fair bit of time and money have had to resort to approaching other companies with registered drainlaying expertise.

Got an overflowed gullytrap & gave DrainNinjas a call. They sent Wayne the technician over to fix it, but he found bigger problem which was broken pipe under the carpark... Read More... & lawn. Few weeks later another team came, dug it out & spotted the problem. Then they replaced the pipe straight away. It took them only few hours to get it done perfectly. I'm so pleased & impressed with their professionalism. Thank you so much Drain Ninjas!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Had dealings with two of the crews over 2 week period - for future job quotes and urgent drain unblocking. We have... Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done.
