We are very impressed with Drain Ninjas Limited. Our drains have been causing headaches for us for many years. Blockages were happening too often, which indicated that there was... Read More... an issue elsewhere. Each time someone would come to unblock the drains. But we weren’t given a clear picture of what was causing all these issues. When we encountered another problem only after two weeks from the previous blockage, we took our time researching for a reputable company and chose to go with Drain Ninjas. We got to work with three of their men and one office staff. All four of them were professional, polite and respectful. They were all lovely to work with, including their office staff, which can be rare at times. But most importantly, they knew their stuff! And they were able to tell us what was causing all the issues and gave us practical solutions. They had their own camera, vacuum trucks, and other necessary trucks and gears. This, I believe, made their prices reasonable and competitive. Drain-blockages are always time-sensitive, and they understood that pressure. I personally found that the three men who came to work on our drains were all genuinely lovely people, which is always a plus. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Thank you Team.

I have had ongoing drainage issues for the past year. I have been through multiple plumbers and never got an answer to what was going on it all seemed too... Read More... difficult. I had Drain Ninjas come out to my property and within the hour knew what was causing my drainage issues. Within a week we had all our drainage issues sorted that I have been trying to deal with all year. I highly recommend Drain Ninjas to anyone as their service was amazing and saved me so much stress through out the process realising I was finally dealing with people that knew what they were talking about!

The office manager at Drain Ninjas was super understanding and had her 'top bloke' on my job within hours. They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. Totally recommend this company.

Still working on an overflowing stormwater downpipe with Drain Ninjas almost six months in. Had two visits, one to clear blockage in July (unsuccessful), another for CCTV (footage was black... Read More... and issue not diagnosed) in August. We had some communication issues towards cutting our driveway at point of blockage - after asking for further details on a quote we didn't get a response or progress on site until November when I left a Google review. Manager Alana got right onto it then and within a day driveway was cut open and diagnosed as a broken pipe. Still trying to work out a solution - initial repairs proposed to us turned out to be unsuitable when checked against a drainlayer's advice. Despite a fair bit of time and money have had to resort to approaching other companies with registered drainlaying expertise.

Fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish. Nathan came out to my house quickly, sourced and replaced a faulty pump on the same day. Highly recommended.
