Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team. Read More... and weather damage insurance in Auckland, finding someone to complain routine maintenance would take a lot longer but Drain Ninjas not only called me back the same day but organised the inspection and cleaning all within two weeks! Their name doesn’t lie, Ninja speed and precision. Bonus points for having a photo of a cat on the website!
