Few weeks later another team came, dug it out & spotted the problem. Then they replaced the pipe straight away. It took them only few hours to get it done perfectly. The office manager at Drain Ninjas was super understanding and had her 'top bloke' on my job within hours. They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent.
