Drain Ninjas have provided outstanding service and promptly organised an inspection of our drain and subsequent cleaning and unblocking. I had thought that due to the enormous amount of flooding... Read More... and weather damage insurance in Auckland, finding someone to complain routine maintenance would take a lot longer but Drain Ninjas not only called me back the same day but organised the inspection and cleaning all within two weeks! Their name doesn’t lie, Ninja speed and precision. Bonus points for having a photo of a cat on the website!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Had dealings with two of the crews over 2 week period - for future job quotes and urgent drain unblocking. We have... Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team. You are setting a high bar for customer service, and we are grateful to be dealing with professionals of your caliber.

What a great experience. I'd been let down by another Drain company - they just left me with a bill and a blocked drain with no solutions or options offered... Read More... going forward. The office manager at Drain Ninjas was super understanding and had her 'top bloke' on my job within hours. They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. Totally recommend this company.
