Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team. You are setting a high bar for customer service, and we are grateful to be dealing with professionals of your caliber.

Needed our sewage unclogged, turned up and sorted it within about 10 minutes. Seems there was more going on so they spent more time just making sure it was all... Read More... and weather damage insurance in Auckland, finding someone to complain routine maintenance would take a lot longer but Drain Ninjas not only called me back the same day but organised the inspection and cleaning all within two weeks! Got an overflowed gullytrap & gave DrainNinjas a call. They sent Wayne the technician over to fix it, but he found bigger problem which was broken pipe under the carpark... Read More... & lawn. Few weeks later another team came, dug it out & spotted the problem. Then they replaced the pipe straight away. It took them only few hours to get it done perfectly. The office manager at Drain Ninjas was super understanding and had her 'top bloke' on my job within hours. They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. We are very impressed with Drain Ninjas Limited. Our drains have been causing headaches for us for many years. Blockages were happening too often, which indicated that there was... Read More... an issue elsewhere. Each time someone would come to unblock the drains. But we weren’t given a clear picture of what was causing all these issues. When we encountered another problem only after two weeks from the previous blockage, we took our time researching for a reputable company and chose to go with Drain Ninjas. We got to work with three of their men and one office staff. All four of them were professional, polite and respectful. They were all lovely to work with, including their office staff, which can be rare at times. But most importantly, they knew their stuff! And they were able to tell us what was causing all the issues and gave us practical solutions. They had their own camera, vacuum trucks, and other necessary trucks and gears. This, I believe, made their prices reasonable and competitive. Drain-blockages are always time-sensitive, and they understood that pressure. I personally found that the three men who came to work on our drains were all genuinely lovely people, which is always a plus. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Thank you Team.
