The office manager at Drain Ninjas was super understanding and had her 'top bloke' on my job within hours. They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. Totally recommend this company.

Got an overflowed gullytrap & gave DrainNinjas a call. They sent Wayne the technician over to fix it, but he found bigger problem which was broken pipe under the carpark... Read More... & lawn. Few weeks later another team came, dug it out & spotted the problem. Then they replaced the pipe straight away. It took them only few hours to get it done perfectly. I have had ongoing drainage issues for the past year. I have been through multiple plumbers and never got an answer to what was going on it all seemed too... Read More... difficult. I had Drain Ninjas come out to my property and within the hour knew what was causing my drainage issues. Within a week we had all our drainage issues sorted that I have been trying to deal with all year. Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done.
